Teletopia Communications makes paying your bill simple with Auto Pay. The payment method on file will automatically be charged each month for the amount due on your account.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

All customers are enrolled in Auto Pay. If you would prefer not to have a monthly automatic payment processed, you may prepay your account for a minimum of three (3) months.

Auto Pay Failure Fee Notice

Effective May 14, 2025, a $30.00 Auto Pay Failure Fee will be assessed when an automatic payment is declined or cannot be processed.

To help you avoid this fee, you may prepay your account for a minimum of three (3) months. If an automatic payment fails and the account is not prepaid, the $30.00 Auto Pay Failure Fee will be applied to your account.

Late Fee Notice

To help you avoid additional charges, we provide a 3-day grace period after your payment due date. If payment is not received within three (3) days of the due date, a $24.99 late fee will be added to your account balance.
